The Receptionist for our office will answer and route telephone calls, greet patients, schedule appointments, determine patient eligibility as necessary, create charts and perform other front office duties as assigned.
Skills / Requirements
Minimum of 1 year previous medical office experience required. Must have knowledge of medical terminology, insurances, and eligibility. Posses excellent customer service skills, computer experience and strong written/verbal skills. Bilingual English /Spanish preferred.
