Job Description

Join the SmartCareMD Practice Management family and support great medical groups.

The Receptionist will answer and route telephone calls, greet patients, schedule appointments, determine patient eligibility as necessary, create charts and perform other front office duties as assigned.  This position has the option to be Full Time or Part Time.


Skills / Requirements

High school graduate. Bilingual highly preferred. Minimum 1 year experience highly preferred. Excellent telephone skills. Knowledge of medical terminology and protocol. EMR knowledge preferred. Basic knowledge of the authorization process preferred. Knowledge of insurances required.
