A Per Diem Referral Coordinator to schedule, track, problem solve and coordinate referrals with outside specialists and patients. They will also be responsible for producing accurate referral authorization reports and verifying insurance. This position may process prior authorizations for medication requests.

Skills / Requirements

High school diploma & a minimum of 1 year experience as a referral coordinator.  Must have experience in processing referrals both HMO and PPO/TriCare; pain management office experience preferred. Excellent typing skills and professional, customer service focused telephone skills are essential. High school graduate, basic computer skills to include Word and Excel, good organizational and multi-tasking skills and the ability to enter data in multiple formats/programs. EMR experience preferred. Bilingual English and Spanish a plus.
